Maybe we need signage at Blue Heron to say that the bees are in the hives even if they look inactive and that they will not live through the winter if you take the top off of the hive. I just didn't want to think it was a person, but clearly it was.Linda Thttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08089537760868691562noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-27329001.post-27355737338939812812011-01-09T02:36:53.411-05:002011-01-09T02:36:53.411-05:00I agree with Tim. Why would an animal or a human want to open the beehive and why would a human pick the only one that is a deadout?<br />I have no idea - it's certainly a mystery!Linda Thttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08089537760868691562noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-27329001.post-83638294631967686082011-01-02T18:51:11.922-05:002011-01-02T18:51:11.922-05:00"neatly stacked"? doesn't sound like..."neatly stacked"? doesn't sound like a raccoon to me.Tim Ehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11490707048068657493noreply@blogger.com
